Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MenuStack waitlist service and future QR menu builder platform operated by Nejat Seçkin Oral ("we," "us," or "our").

By joining our waitlist or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

MenuStack is a QR menu builder service that allows restaurants and food businesses to create and publish digital menus accessible via QR codes. Currently, we operate a waitlist for early access to the platform.

The service is currently in development and not yet publicly available. We will notify waitlist members when the service becomes available.

Waitlist Terms

By joining our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address
• Receive communications about MenuStack updates and launch announcements
• Understand that waitlist membership does not guarantee access to the service
• Accept that we may limit the number of early access users

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at info@menustack.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Future Service Terms

When MenuStack launches publicly, additional terms will apply including:

• Account creation and management requirements
• Content guidelines for menu creation
• Usage limits and fair use policies
• Payment terms (if applicable)
• Content ownership and licensing terms

We will provide updated terms before the service launches and notify all users of any changes.

Intellectual Property

The MenuStack service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When the service launches, you will retain ownership of the content you create (menu items, descriptions, images you upload), but grant us a license to host and display this content as part of the service.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service interruptions
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Disclaimers

MenuStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Third-party actions or content
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by contacting us to remove your information from our systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users via email of significant changes
• Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
