Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MenuStack ("the Service"), operated by Nejat Seçkin Oral, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

MenuStack is a platform that enables restaurants, cafes, bars, and other food & beverage businesses to create digital menus accessible via QR codes. The Service includes a menu builder, hosting, custom subdomains, and related tools.

Accounts

To use MenuStack, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or infringing
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Access another user's account without authorization
Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using MenuStack (menu items, descriptions, images, etc.). By using the Service, you grant MenuStack a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

MenuStack offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a per-menu basis, either monthly or annually. Payments are processed through our billing partner. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The MenuStack platform, including its design, code, templates, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MenuStack. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
